We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. If you elect to download the free trial of Clunk Click Online Backup, our software registration form requires users to provide contact information such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Further the application may ask for unique identifiers such as your password and data encryption key. Further, if you elect to subscribe to our monthly service, the software registration requires you to give us financial information such as your credit card numbers.

Clunk Click Ltd freely distributes its software products. Some versions of the software are distributed through authorised resellers of Clunk Click solutions. These resellers have a customised version of the solution with their unique tracking code embedded. Authorised resellers have access to the customers who registered with their version through secure access between the reseller and Clunk Click Ltd. The information resellers can view is limited to name, address, phone number and email address. All unique identifiers and financial information cannot be view by anyone other than Clunk Click authorised personnel. Clunk Click authorised personnel only view such information for the purposes of billing or upon request of the customer.
This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These measures include 112-bit Triple DES encryption, firewalls, password authentication, and 24 hour network and system monitoring.
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. This site also gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided.
